30 years of experience. Microsoft accredited On Premise and Cloud Solutions. 3CX IP Telephony system accredited. Tims skill set is varied with many years experience with Microsoft platforms such as Server OS, Desktop OS, Microsoft 365 & Azure, Remote Desktop end to end solutions and Citrix. Tim also designs and implements 3CX Telephony systems.
During the last 24 years Natalie has worked in IT within the education sector for colleges in both support but also Deputy ICT Director roles. Natalie has also been a driving instructor and worked for both Property and Manufacturing businesses.
Working for the last 7 years in the IT industry, James has experience working in first, second and third line support. James has helped with many project migrations and rollouts during his time here at Blueloop.

17 years of experience in the IT industry. Julie has a BTEC Diploma in Business Studies, Principles of Accounts, Diploma in Senior Management and Business. Ambassador for the Somerset Chamber and sits on the Somerset Chamber Bank of England Panel.
Over 40 years IT experience including 5 years as an IBM systems engineer and 36 years in sales, including mainframe, departmental, personal computing and software solutions.
With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry at Blueloop, Una is a specialist in IT service delivery and has achieved a Microsoft Applications diploma, ITIL Foundation and HR diploma.
Emma has worked with IT for 5 years dealing with customers and suppliers including working for a very large call centre facing regular business challenges. One of Emma’s largest roles at Blueloop involves scheduling and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, as well as ensuring our customers have access to the right people when they need them.
