In the spring of 2015, SFM Technology faced a wake-up call. The company was exposed to a series of security issues, highlighting the inadequate service provided by their external IT company. Fortunately, the impact was minimal, but the experience prompted SFM to look for a new partner to support their growing technology needs.

Helen Richards, Compliance and Internal IT Manager at SFM Technology, was given the responsibility of finding a replacement.
