The highest level of Blueloop Packaged Service is our Total IT offering. In addition to the Fully Managed Service features our Total IT Service includes the following:

 

Blueloop adopts ITIL compliant Change & Incident Management processes to ensure the constant development of IT within an organisation is effectively planned, managed and authorised. This can include interface with a customer’s CAB (Change Authorisation Board) and associated workflow. Similarly we manage incidents under the same level of scrutiny and reporting so that the results of Changes contribute to and enhance future planning.

 

 

Blueloop offers our Total IT clients Managed IT Procurement, where we will supplement your own procurement team to deliver complete IT procurement with no additional charges. You tell us what you need, we source the goods at the best prices, taking advantage of our own purchasing power and pass this on to you with no uplift. The normal procurement process can be streamlined with workflow authorisation rather than purchase orders but under strict controls. We hope to remove many of the overheads associated with IT Procurement whilst delivering an overall reduction in your IT purchasing costs.

 

Blueloop provides a Dedicated Account Team so that you have consistent and ever available technical and administrative contacts. Our dedicated teams often work full or part time with you, at your premises, to ensure rapid response, reaction and management for your account.

 

Blueloop will provide a Dedicated Support Line, Monitoring System and Helpdesk to closely integrate our systems with yours to deliver a seamless service. A dedicated phone number is allocated to your account and responses to help desk calls can be custom-scripted using a suitable and agreed format. Our helpdesk itself can be replicated, customised and branded directly for our customers. Our monitoring systems can be replicated and installed within your infrastructure making it available to your team and jointly managed.
