 Fully Managed Service In addition to the Managed Service features our Fully Managed Service includes the following:  Blueloop carries out Hardware & Software Warranty & Maintenance Management to ensure your systems are appropriately maintained. Blueloop will manage all renewals associated with warranty, maintenance and license subscription. We record all expiry or renewal dates and liaise with manufacturers, vendors and third parties to obtain quotations for the cover you require.  Blueloop's standard operating hours are 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday but our Fully Managed Service customers can call on our assistance with Extended Hours Support. We provide a dedicated, extended hours phone number which can be called 24/7 and our rota of experienced technicians and consultants will help. Blueloop provides Extended Hours Support every day other than Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.  Blueloop's Availability, Performance and Capacity Management monitoring systems provides detailed information and trend analysis for your systems to highlight potential future issues so they may be resolved in good time. We regularly analyse and report upon the data we capture so your systems are fine tuned.  Blueloop use SpiceWorks to carry out Inventory & Configuration Management for our Fully Managed Service customers. This set of tools will scan customer networks with device auto discovery and will document physical hardware configuration, software installation and patch/hotfix information. Reports can be auto generated on a pre-determined or adhoc basis for review at quarterly Blueloop review meetings.  |
