GW Control

GW Control provides complete Proxy Rights Management & Enterprise Calendars for GroupWise®.

GW Control consists of GW Proxy and GW Calendar.
GW Proxy provides an intuitive GUI to distribute or revoke Proxy Rights to Groups of Users in a single action, even set Default Proxy Rights for the account, and report the Proxy Rights of all GroupWise® users.
GW Calendar provides an Enterprise Calendar Management solution for GroupWise®, to post appointments & notes to the calendars of Users (entire Domains, Post Offices, or selected users) in a single action.

Distributing & Revoking Proxy Rights
Proxy Rights may be distributed to or revoked from one or more target accounts - in a single action. GW Proxy allows revoking ALL Proxy Rights before implementing Enterprise Proxy Rights Policies - ensuring security & overcoming 'legacy Proxy Rights' from the past. Target user/s may include one or more Domains or Post Offices, or one or more users.

Distributing & Revoking Proxy Rights is a 'silent' process, i.e. users aren't notified when Proxy Rights are assigned or revoked; Proxy Rights to an account can be viewed in the Security Tab of the GroupWise Client Options (and also in the Proxy Rights Report).

GW Proxy generates Proxy Rights Report for Domains, Post-Offices, or groups of users, and emails to designated administrators as Text, or CSV files. Users' Proxy Rights also appear in their account details in the HTML Reports.

GW Calendar for System Wide Calendar Management
GW Calendar provides an Enterprise Calendar Management solution for GroupWise®, with an intuitive GUI to post appointments & notes to the calendars of Users (Domains, Post Offices, or selected users) in a single action. You may invoke auto-accept so users don't have to accept the calendar items, and even choose whether the item should appear as if sent from the admin account or as a posted item (i.e. from the user her/himself).

GW Calendar provides an intuitive & powerful solution for managing Enterprise Calendars: National Holidays, Company/Department Events, etc. can now simply appear in the users' calendars.
