Assentor Enterprise is iLumin's comprehensive, off-the-shelf enterprise message management and archiving suite, providing the enterprise-level answer to handle mail storage management, archiving and retention management, discovery, litigation support, regulatory compliance and corporate supervision around email and instant messages.

Assentor Mailbox Manager
Automatically provides a Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Web-based interface for end users to search and view their private mailboxes and folders, including messages that have been stubbed out from the corporate mail server and migrated to Assentor Archive to utilise lower cost storage platforms and improve email server performance. Email administrators can improve service levels without taking critical content away from the corporate user base or enforcing mailbox quotas that drain end user productivity.

Assentor Archive
Combines automation of inbound, outbound, and internal email collection and integrated support for content management and mass storage (IBM DB2® Content Manager, IBM DR 550, EMC Centera Compliance Edition, NetApp SnapLock, Permabit Permeon, StorageTek Lifecycle Fixed Content Manager 100, Optical, DVD, Tape, SAN, NAS) with the ability to intelligently index content and manage the retention period of messages and attachments.

Assentor Discovery
Provides legal departments with the capability to investigate the message and content archives and provide a workflow solution around the litigation support process. Using Discovery's search capability, users can upload files with entities, keywords or phrases, and Assentor will automatically search the archive and create a collection folder with all messages that contain these items. With tools to perform redaction, a legal team has the ability to refine its response to civil, criminal and regulatory requests - allowing the team to produce what is legally required and avoid disclosing what is not - thereby helping produce successful litigation and regulatory outcomes. Users can then export results to multiple formats, such as PDF, PST, NSF or .MSG files, in addition to high volume printing and document production.

Assentor Compliance
An intelligent content inspection and management platform that helps firms meet a wide range of federal, industry, and corporate compliance obligations and requirements.
